3. Commission Terms

All commissioned artwork and design work requires a 50% deposit before work begins. Final deliverables are provided upon full payment.

4. Returns & Refunds

Physical artwork returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to condition. Digital design work is non-refundable once delivered.

5. Privacy

Your personal information is collected only for communication and order fulfillment. We do not share data with third parties.
